So, Michelle Kwan dropped out of the Olympics. And I guess Emily Hughes wasn't there yet as the alternate and is having trouble getting out of New York due to the storms. This should get even more interesting as the days go on...

I heard a few more spoilers about the Olympics, but I won't say anything in case people don't want to know. But I do have a question: why are they using the names Torino and Turin interchangeably? Anyone???

There is absolutely NOTHING on TV right now. Why are there not more Olympic events on right now??!! This is crazy. I want to watch, man!!

Oooooh!! On Friday when I was on the way to Mike's house for poker, I stopped at the Jewel to get chips and something to drink. Much to my liking, I noticed they had MINUTE MADE LIGHT CHERRY LIMEADE!!! I was so happy! Then when I went to my Jewel last night with smc1996, they didn't have it! I was pissed! So I found a manager and asked him about it and he said they could probably get it for me. AND!! He said he would try to get me some Caffeine Free Diet Mountain Dew, too! Wooooooooot! I hope he can!

I just did a cleaning of my friends list, too. I mostly cut people from fandoms I am no longer so active in or with whom I don't talk, or people who hardly ever comment in my journal. **shrugs**

Looks like it's almost sure that Iowa will go to Pasadena. It seems to just be a matter of who we will play. It's either gonna be Washington State or USC. OH FOR THE LOVE OF JUSTIN, pleeeeease let it be Washington State! USC...no. It would be like a home game for them and that would just not be fair. Mom called me today and said that ESPN did a computer thing (not exactly sure how) and had Iowa play Ohio State...and IOWA WON 33-19!! Yeah! I know it's just a computer, but we could do it, we really could!
